MIPAQ is the Southern African agent for MEC heat sealers. We supply a wide selection of different sized heat sealers, in different formats , such as Hand Operated, Foot operated, Semi Automatic and Continuous Band Sealers. Each combination of size and sealer type are better suited to different different applications. Our sealers accommodate all types of plastics ( such as LDPE, PP, BOPP and a variety of laminates ), with widths varying from 100mm to 1000mm and suitable for different formats of plastics such as sealing Lay Flat Sheeting, Plastic bags, Gusseted bags, Tubing plastic and centerfold.
Semi Automatic impulse heat sealers have added features that allow you to control not only the sealing temperature but also the cooling ( congealing ) time for each seal, thereby ensuring an uniform seal with each consecutive bag. The machine can be operated in either automatic mode or manual via the cabled pedal.
