Foot Operated Constant Heat Sealers

MIPAQ’s range of foot-operated constant heat sealers is engineered for sealing thick, multi-layered, and laminated bags such as foil pouches, coffee bags, gusseted dog food packaging, and medical-grade pouches. These high-performance direct heat sealers feature solid, Teflon-coated metal jaws that apply constant heat from both the top and bottom, ensuring deep, consistent, and durable seals.

Unlike impulse sealers that require heating cycles, these constant sealers maintain a fixed temperature, making them ideal for bags with higher melt thresholds like PP, BOPP, metallised film, laminated plastics, and heavy-gauge pouches. The double-jaw pressure system ensures even sealing across thicker and gusseted bags without compromising structural integrity.

We offer three MEC models to suit various applications:

• 300mm model with a 15mm embossed seal

• 400mm model with a 15mm embossed seal

• 600mm model with a 10mm embossed seal
