The ME600CFN is an industrial-grade, foot-operated 600mm constant heat sealer, designed for high-integrity sealing of foil, laminated, and thick plastic packaging materials. With an extended 600mm sealing length and a 10mm wide embossed seal, this unit is perfect for sealing wider and bulkier format bags used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial packaging.

Unlike impulse sealers, the ME600CFN applies constant direct heat through top and bottom stainless steel jaws with a non-stick Teflon coating. This ensures consistent temperature and pressure distribution across the entire 600mm sealing width, delivering airtight and watertight seals for multi-layer laminates, BOPP, PP, foil-lined bags, and coated papers up to 200 microns thick.

A digital thermostat allows precise temperature control between 30°C and 200°C, while a timing light and audio signal assist in achieving uniform seals with each cycle. The manual foot pedal operation leaves both hands free to support and guide heavier or delicate packaging, making it ideal for high-volume production lines.

With a generous 85cm sealing height and rugged steel construction, the ME600CFN is built for industrial environments demanding reliability and durability. Weighing 25kg, it offers enhanced stability and performance for continuous use.
