Unlike standard manual sealers, semi-automatic impulse sealers feature adjustable sealing and cooling timers, allowing the operator to fine-tune both the heat application and the congealing (cooling) time for each seal. This ensures uniform, reliable sealing—especially important when working with heavier gauge films, gusseted bags, or laminated plastics.

Each model can be operated in either manual mode using a cable type foot pedal or in fully automatic cycling mode for repetitive, hands-free sealing. This flexibility makes them ideal for industrial packaging lines, contract packers, or batch processing of products in food, pharmaceutical, or technical industries.

Our sealers are compatible with a wide range of materials including LDPE, PP, BOPP, multi-layer laminates. Sizes range from 300mm to 600mm depending on your application.
