MIPAQ’s AIRLOC air cushion packaging range offers a modern, efficient, and space-saving solution for void fill, wrapping, and protective cushioning. Designed specifically for e-commerce retailers, export packers, logistics hubs, and fulfilment centres, our air cushion systems reduce breakage, improve packing speed, and eliminate the mess and storage bulk of traditional packing materials.

At the core of this system is the AIRLOC AL-04PLUS air cushion machine, a compact, high-speed inflator designed to run with our dedicated film rolls. It creates air pillows and quilted bubble wrap on demand, giving you flexible protection in two formats:

• ACF2010 Air Pillow Film (200mm x 100mm) – for fast, lightweight void fill

• ACF4029 Bubble Cushion Film (400mm x 290mm) – for wrapping fragile items

Both film types are supplied uninflated on compact rolls, dramatically saving warehouse space and reducing transport costs. Once inflated, they provide durable shock absorption and long-lasting cushioning, ideal for protecting electronics, cosmetics, glassware, ceramics, gifts, and pharmaceuticals.
