ME300CFN – 300mm Foot Operated Constant Heat Sealer with 15mm Embossed Seal

The ME300CFN is an industrial-grade, foot-operated constant heat sealer, engineered for high-integrity sealing of thick plastic, foil, and laminated materials. This industrial unit delivers a 15mm wide embossed seal, ideal for packaging powders, liquids, grains, foodstuffs, and medical products where an airtight and watertight finish is essential.

Unlike impulse sealers, the ME300CFN uses direct, constant heat applied through Teflon-coated stainless steel jaws from both the top and bottom, ensuring consistent pressure and temperature across the entire sealing surface. This makes it especially effective for BOPP, PP, aluminum foil, and multi-layer laminated films up to 200 microns thick.

The unit is equipped with a digital thermostat offering adjustable temperatures from 30°C to 200°C, and features a timing light and audible signal to indicate sealing cycles. The manual foot operation allows the operator to keep both hands free to guide and support bulky or heavy bags during the sealing process.
