YC800WA – Film Dispenser for centerfold film – 600mm

The YC800WA Centerfold Film Dispenser is an industrial-grade, 600mm-wide film dispenser designed to pair seamlessly with the YC800LB L-Sealer for efficient and precise shrink wrapping operations. This robust unit accommodates centerfold shrink films up to 600mm wide, including VECTOR Polyolefin (POF) shrink film, and is equipped with advanced features that enhance film handling, product loading, and shrink performance.

The YC800WA consists of three functional sections:

1️⃣ Stainless Steel Film Rollers: These rollers securely hold the centerfold film roll and allow it to unwind smoothly during operation, providing stability and ease of use for high-volume packaging lines.

2️⃣ Adjustable Perforator Section: Equipped with spiked perforating wheels mounted on an adjustable rod, this feature introduces micro-perforations into the film. These tiny holes enable hot air to escape during the shrink process, preventing ballooning, splitting, or uneven shrinking, resulting in a superior, consistent finish. The wheels can be adjusted to position perforations precisely where needed or removed entirely for non-perforated applications.

3️⃣ Stainless Steel Adjustable Separator Plate: This plate separates the two layers of the centerfold film, creating a clear opening for inserting products. Adjustable to match different film widths, the separator ensures smooth product insertion before sealing. Its design aligns perfectly with the YC800LB L-Sealer (800mm x 600mm) sealing height, allowing products to glide seamlessly from the worktable into the L-Sealer.
