The YC450WA Centerfold Film Dispenser is a compact, high-quality 450mm film dispenser designed to complement the YC450LB adjustable base L-Sealer. This dispenser features a three-part design to enhance film handling and product loading:

1️⃣ Stainless Steel Film Rollers: These rollers support the centerfold film roll, ensuring smooth and consistent unwinding for reliable performance in medium to high-volume packaging lines.

2️⃣ Adjustable Perforator Section: Equipped with spiked perforating wheels, this section applies micro-perforations to the film, allowing hot air to escape during the shrinking process. This minimizes the risk of ballooning, splitting, or uneven shrinkage for a clean, uniform finish. The perforating wheels can be repositioned or removed based on the product or application.

3️⃣ Stainless Steel Adjustable Separator Plate: This plate separates the two layers of centerfold film, creating an accessible opening for easy product insertion.
