The ME605FD is a heavy-duty, foot-operated impulse 600mm heat sealer designed specifically for sealing very thick or gusseted bags where a single-sided seal is insufficient. This industrial-grade model features dual 5mm sealing elements on both the top and bottom jaws, delivering uniform, high-integrity seals across the full 600mm sealing width.

Ideal for use in demanding packaging environments, the ME605FD handles heavy micron PE, PP, LDPE, PVC, laminated bags, and multi-layer barrier films with ease — up to 400 microns thick. The double jaw configuration ensures airtight and watertight seals, even on foil-lined pouches, gusseted bags, or bulk packaging formats commonly used for dog food, industrial powders, grains, and animal feed.

A built-in electronic timer offers precise control with a range of 0.2 to 2.5 seconds, allowing the operator to adjust based on film thickness and sealing requirements. The foot pedal operation keeps both hands free to guide and support heavy or bulky products during the sealing process.
