The MEC ME605FC is a high-performance 600mm heat sealer with cutter is a foot-operated impulse sealer, with built in manual trimmer blade designed for  packaging and sealing with tubing format plastic. This all-in-one sealing unit features a manual trimmer blade, an integrated film tubing roller dispenser, and a powerful 5mm sealing element – making it the ideal choice for creating custom-sized bags from layflat tubing rolls in industrial, retail, or manufacturing environments.

Constructed for durability and ease of use, the ME605FC 600mm heat sealer with cutter allows hands-free operation via foot pedal, enabling users to position and pack goods with both hands while controlling the seal cycle with their foot. The wide 5mm seal ensures strong, tamper-evident seals on polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), LDPE, PVC, and other thermoplastic materials up to 200 microns thick.

The manual sliding cutter, built directly into the sealing arm, allows operators to trim excess material cleanly after sealing—delivering a professional edge and enabling rapid bag production. The 550mm cutting length provides ample coverage for most common packaging needs, while the adjustable sealing head can be angled up to 40° for ergonomic or oversized applications.

An integrated 10kg roller dispenser supports bulk tubing rolls, ensuring steady feeding and improved workflow efficiency. With a timer range of 0.3 to 2.2 seconds and a powerful 1500W heating system, the ME605FC is built for intensive use in demanding environments.
