The ME400CFN is an industrial-grade, foot-operated 400mm constant heat sealer, designed for high-integrity sealing of foil, laminated, and thick plastic packaging materials. With an extended 400mm sealing length and a 15mm wide embossed seal, this unit is ideal for sealing bulkier or wider format bags containing powders, liquids, grains, foodstuffs, medical products, and more — wherever a watertight and airtight finish is required.

Unlike impulse sealers, the ME400CFN uses direct, constant heat, applied through top and bottom stainless steel jaws with a non-stick Teflon coating. This ensures even temperature and pressure distribution across the full seal width and length — especially important for multi-layer laminates, BOPP, PP, foil-lined packaging, and coated papers up to 200 microns thick.

A digital thermostat allows the operator to adjust sealing temperatures from 30°C to 200°C, while a timing light and audio signal provide accurate control over each sealing cycle. The manual foot pedal operation leaves both hands free to guide and support the bag — ideal for handling large, heavy, or delicate products.

With a generous 85cm sealing height and rugged steel frame, the ME400CFN is built for industrial use and daily production. Weighing 20kg, it provides excellent sealing stability and operational durability.
