ST103 – Top Box Carton Stapler for A58 (16mm) Copper Staples

The ST103 A58 Stapler / Top Closer Carton Stapler is a manual carton stapling tool designed exclusively for securing the tops of filled cartons. Known as a “A58 top closer” in the industry, it relies on the compression of a fully packed box to operate effectively, ensuring that the staple is formed and driven precisely through the flaps for a secure, tamper-evident closure.

This top closer stapler uses A58 staples (35mm wide x 16mm depth), with clenching teeth that penetrate and shape the staple legs into a tight grip on the carton material. The depth and form of the staple can be adjusted to suit various board thicknesses and carton types, making it highly versatile for packaging operations dealing with different box specifications.

Unlike bottom closer staplers that are designed for empty cartons, the ST103 A58 stapler is intended to seal the tops of fully packed boxes, providing a strong mechanical seal.
